Maria Liverett is the founder of Ria’s Ranch, a wellness-focused destination in Rio Linda designed to promote healing, relaxation, and overall well-being in a peaceful, nature-centered environment.

With a background as the owner of REO Mechanical, a full-service HVAC contractor serving the Greater Sacramento region, Maria has built her career managing complex construction and public works projects. Through Ria’s Ranch, she is expanding her vision to create a space where individuals and families can step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with their health and purpose.

Ria’s Ranch was established to offer accessible wellness experiences that support physical recovery, mental clarity, and emotional balance. The ranch provides a unique setting that blends natural surroundings with intentional wellness services, creating an environment where both adults and youth can rest, recharge, and thrive.

In addition to her work in business and wellness, Maria serves as a Director for the Rio Linda Elverta Community Water District and is a member of the Sacramento Groundwater Authority. In these roles, she contributes to infrastructure planning, resource management, and long-term community development.
